Well it’s official – I’ve officially been freelancing for a year now (official in the government business term) as I got paperwork in the mail to file my GST/HST return. There was a momentary freak out when I thought I had to file before my year-end (December 31st) as I had only checked the mail and opened the letter on January 2nd.
This will just be a quick update to let everyone know what I’ve been up to the last little while, and what I’m planning for the near future (and I’ll try not to get all New Year’s Resolution-y… we all know I constantly talk about my future plans anyways).
So other than taking care of my darling little Tootsie baby (recap – new mini Australian Shepherd puppy), I also got a super bad cold that started Dec 28 (the weekend my great friends came over btw). Oh and I still have the cold! Not as bad as it was, but my voice sounds real annoying and whiny for some reason… so I hope that goes away soon. Where was I, oh yes, so the last week or so I’ve been slowly plugging away at the Home Renovation Blog! Nothing is ready for official launch yet, but I have got the site skeleton up, some social media accounts have been created and I am doing a bit of work daily. Right before I launch I will of course need to make an official posting schedule and content breakdown plan, but alas I have a lot of work to do before then.
So there you have it, a small recap of all things me in early 2015!
